    Favorite Free Teaching Resources

Post  Paeter on May 23rd 2017, 10:28 am

Specifically I'm thinking podcast and youtube channels. I decided recently that I'd like to have something of spiritual substance playing while I grind for loot/xp. So far I've got two on my list: - Reasonable Faith
I've also got the "Defenders" and "Reasonable Faith" podcasts - Ravi Zacharias

    Any others you'd recommend?

    I regularly listen to:

Truth for Life with Alistair Begg

Grace to You with John MacArthur

My regular Bible is the MacArthur Study Bible, with a wealth of helpful notes and commentary. Both pastors are committed to teaching God's word with accuracy. I may disagree on some of the fine points of esoterica (MacArthur states that "principalities, powers, etc" are demonic heirarchical ranks; Begg states that the "sword of the spirit which is the word of God" is solely an offensive tool and not defensive) but both men make an effort to separate the clear instruction of scripture from their own interpretations.

Well, Paeter, you hit my two right off the bat.

    Next in line would be
    Stand to Reason
    Cold Case Christianity

They have videos as well, but I'm a podcast guy

TOTALLY SECOND The Bible Project, though I think its something you have to watch for the full experience, as opposed to just having on in the background/while you do something else.
