    Favorite Non-Horror Halloween/Monster Movie?

    My next Halloween-related question.

I've been a fan of Hocus Pocus, Young Frankenstein, and Transylvania 6-5000, but it's been so long since I've seen any of them, I can't.

Oh, yeah, and there's Ghostbusters. Everyone loves Ghostbusters.

I really liked the 2005 Peter Jackson King Kong movie with Jack Black. Hmm, must be time for a re-watch.

    Interesting question!

I'd have to go with The Frighteners. It is a little more scary than Ghostbusters, but is still mostly a comedy. Great stuff!

Love Monster Squad! My cousin introduced me to it when I was a kid. That was my Goonies since I never saw The Goonies.

I never did see that one. Does it hold up at all?

I think it did the last time I saw it, but that was five or more years ago.
