    Web comics

    Post  litera9 on January 23rd 2011, 7:31 pm

I wanted to see if anyone read any good web comics.

I personally like Axe Cop, which is written by a 6 year old and illustrated by a 30 year old. It's really fun, but slightly violent. I recommend it.

Also, I found a website called Romantically Apocalyptic, which has some excellent art of a post-apocalyptic art that I've ever seen. It's really, really funny as well. It's at this web address.

Anyway, anyone else know some good comics?

    I only know of one:
-Girl Genius (A steam-punk comic) I cannot endorse the female clothing choices that occasionally pop up, and it is not non-stop action, but the story drew me in. I really enjoyed this and spent hours trying to "catch up" when I first started reading it. I do not know where it is now, I haven't read it in about a year. But it was pretty good if you've got an interest in Steam Punk.
    Good luck!

Girl Genius is hilarious! If you can find them, there are several mp3s of "Girl Genius Radio Theatre", where the stories were done OTR style in front of an audience at a con. Great stuff!
