    Online Comic Book database?

Post  ProfessorAlan on March 8th 2012, 2:44 pm

I use LibraryThing and/or Goodreads to keep track of books that I have read.

I know that there are some equivalent web sites for tracking comic books owned, and wonder if anyone uses one of these, or has heard good or bad things about any of them?

    Thanks.

Right now, I just use Excel.

I used to use a database to track my comics. Until I found Comic Book DB
    http://comicbookdb.com
The account is free and you can setup your current library, wish list, and pull/hold file so that books are added automatically. Plus there is an active and friendly community for conversation and trading. Great site. My username is (unsurprisingly) "mindspike". I don't really think they have facebook-style social setup though.

That is the one I have heard the most about -- glad to hear from someone who actually uses the site.
